We are now looking for an Account Field Sales for Denmark who wants to help strengthen our presence in the district and build strong customer relationships, business, and experiences.

About the Role
This is an independent and business-driven role where you will be responsible for developing sales in Denmark. You plan your own work, drive customer dialogues, and create activities that strengthen both sales and brand presence. In this role, you will have full responsibility for your own stores and accounts within the Danish market.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our Nordic sales team, sharing insights to drive regional growth. You take full ownership of your assigned stores and accounts, ensuring our brands are presented and experienced in the best possible way at the point of sale.
Who Are You?
You thrive in a role where you take full ownership, create business, and are close to the customer. You are driven, creative, and have a natural ability to build relationships.
We believe you have:
Experience in sales and negotiation (at least 3 years)
Strong commercial drive and a good understanding of budgets and results
Experience planning and structuring your own work
A flexible mindset, as the role requires traveling approximately 60% of the time to visit customers and stores
Interest in retail and preferably e-commerce
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills
You are a self-driven and structured person who enjoys planning and driving your work forward. You build trust easily and develop long-term relationships while making sound business and cost-conscious decisions. With your creativity and solution-oriented mindset, you find new ways to grow the business, and your flexibility allows you to manage a varied and fast-paced workday. You are a team player when needed but take full responsibility for your own results and deliverables.
